Hello Doctor We have been married since 1.4 years. My wife had her 1st missed abortion surgery today. Heartbeat came at 6 weeks when gynae did 2nd usg and it was not there at 8 weeks 4 days when 3rd usg was performed. What would have been the reason for this? We want to ensure it doesn't happens again. We have done all prescribed lab tests which are all ok. Thanks.

It seems that etiology is unknown and As of now make her take tablet folvite 5mg once a day till she conception and than continue till delivery
