I am taking healthy foods and going for exercise still I am not able to loose weight .can you suggest something.

To eat healthy is the right thing you are doing. Potion size of each meal should also be controlled. You should at least keep a gap of 3 hours between any two meal and include complex carbs from whole wheat flour, oats and brown rice. Include a good spread of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Stay away from junk food and include protein from plant as well as animal source. Exercise for at least 1 hour everyday. For further clarification, consult a dietitian online through Lybrate.
