To lose weight is a slow process. I am glad that you are walking for 5 days but along with physical exercise you need to monitor your diet as well. Keep your portion size for every meal under control. Keep your self away from junk food. Include complex carbs in your diet like whole wheat flour, brown rice, oats and multigrain cereals.
