Please help me how to stop my frequent urination habit because my classes are 3 hr so how stop my urinate to 3 hrs because its emarased always to said for got for toilet. Any kind medicine was stop instant frequent urinate because my class were reopen from next weak so please prescribed some medicine to stop this frequent urination. I already check my sugar its normal I am not sugar problem or prostatic. But I am suffer anxiety or stress problem last year its cured 50 %. But my question is how to stop immediate frequent urination because its face me a lot of problem in class please help? please.

Pls get USG abdomen and pvrv and urine routine and culture and sensitivity done. Rule out uti. If they are normal then you can start tab solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days.
