Respected sir/man, according to bmi I have excess weight I try my level Best to reduce but all goes in veins I'll walk nearly 8-10 km daily. Nothing works Will you Help me.

Try to have more fibre rich diet including whole cereals, pulses, seasonal fruits and vegetables, high quality protein. Never skip meals. Avoid late night dinner. Have proper sleep.
