I can't sleep at night because I tend to think about my future, my dreams, my wish list which gradually makes me happy and this surplus amount of motivation don't let me sleep. How can I fix this? Do I need to take sleeping pills? Or do I need to exhaust my body more?

Don't take sleeping pills, it will make you dependent on it. Try natural method like playing outdoor games during day or schedule a time for your future plan mostly at daytime for only specific time period, avoid tea, coffee,at late evening or night time. You can take help of Homeopathy for rescue which don't create any addiction.
