Dear doctor My sister is 43 years old no history of thyroid, blood sugar,or uric acid. But she is experiencing lot of pain in one of the heels and that is when she she gets up after sitting for sometime that she cannot place her foot in the ground. After walking for sometime it becomes little less. Tried homeopathic medicine but no relief. please help her she is Savi. Sondhi. Thank you.

Use a heel silicone cushion in good shoes for support. Don't walk bare foots and on hard surface don't wear heels. Do foot stretching and strengthening exercises. U can use a bottle and roll it below your heel. Stretch the foot with towel or big cloth.
