Normally flourinated toothpaste are recommended for the strength of the teeth. Non flourinated toothpastes are merely manufactured for the ones suffering from "flourosis" thank you.

Obviously with fluoride without any doubt. Adults require 950-1000 ppm of fluoride while kids require 450-500ppm.
