I recently came to now my serum triglycerides level is very high about 500 mg/dl, my doctor has prescribed me ud300, inovas f ,hilip 500. Also I am having pain in my back in left part. The medicine does?t seems to relieve my pain.

Avoid all these tests and medicines if you don't wish to be a patient. Try non medicine methods first. Triglycerides are manufactured in liver from alcohol sugar jaggery and starchy foods. Reduce these. Take a balanced diet with traditional health foods like yoghurt cheese nuts eggs butter etc. Exercise also helps to reduce triglycerides. Recheck triglycerides after 8 weeks. Modern restricted diet is not healthy. Best wishes.
