Usually the injection doesn't pain at all except the prick. U have to bear it anyways. Better bear that prick to get rid off the hindering teeth or have to bear it to correct the usefull ones. If it pains a lot then might be the dentist is not that tactfull to administer it properly. Change your dentist. But, at the end of the day. You have to bear that "Prick"

Please don't be afraid. Kindly visit your dentist and get your teeth checked before they decay. Kindly get an opg where exact positioning of both milk teeth and permanent teeth can be seen and also the extent of decay you have in your tooth. May be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a cap/ crown in your permanent tooth which is painful. Don't worry as you can ask your dentist to give you topical application of local anaesthesia before injection as this will reduce your pain of injecting. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

If the decayed tooth is a milk tooth then it needs extraction. Extracting a milk tooth is not that painful but if you avoid the treatment then that will cause you all the more trouble. There is no need to be scared, get treated as early as you can.
