I am 19 years old female. I am not fit becoz I am not feel hungry. I consult to doctor bt he will also not understand. My all reports are normal. The doctor says I am normal n fit. Bt I am not feel huger so I am not willingly eat food. So I need some suggestion or advice so I can eat food willingly n my health will improve. I need some dietician advice what should I eat or not? So I was gain some weight. please help m so I can gain some weight to become healthy please give me some advice as soon as possible.
