I am suffering double chin problem and also my belly was increased and big day by day. Regularly I walk 2 hrs. I couldn't take any fast food. Daily I take thyroid medicine. Dr. Please suggest me what I do. White discharge is safe? If any benefits occur white discharge, it's good for health or not? Please guide and advice me. And prescribed some good medicine for my fatty body. I will loss my weight as early as possible. Regard.

White discharge usually should not happen and as of now I will suggest her to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months
