My son smokes for last 6-7 yrs. Now he is 22. He wants to leave this habit. But he says he feels headache if not smoke. What is to do?

Dear Lybrate user Headache nausea etc are withdrawal symptoms as our bodies also get addicted and sudden change or sudden removal of the addition is not acceptable to the body so it shows such symptoms.
