I am 40 years, suffering from lower back pain from past 2.5 years, MRI indicates early degenerative changes in the form of osteophytes. Orthopaedic doctor says it's normal for my age. Suggested core strengthening exercises. I am doing it for past one year, but the pain returns with slightest of impact on my hip, even a few metres of brisk walk or few metre of running makes pain worse and unbearable at hip joint and pain subdued only after a week. Currently I am taking MEPR, topp ls as medication. Due to this I have quit job as it is interfering in my day to day life. Kindly help me.
