Whenever I go to pee. As soon as I am in the end of peeing, I feel pain like hell which makes my eyes full of tears. I feel stretching inside my body from where the urine comes. I guess I feel pain in the part just below the stomach area. And as soon as I am done with this pain, and I finish my pee, within 30 seconds, I strongly want to pee again as if I have holded it for longer time. But when I go back to washroom, I pee only few drops which also pains in the end as soon as I am finishing my pee. And as soon as I am done with it again within few second of peeing, I again get strong desire of peeing and it continues for the whole day which creates irritation and my whole body feels shivering and gets colder.In addition to this problem, I am also dealing with the itching problem in my anal hole. Whenever I am done with pooping while using western toilets, and I wash anal hole by the shower wherein there is sharp flow of water at my anal hole, I feel pain at the anal hole area and I start screaming a lot because the sharp flow hits the area and creates burning sensation and pains a lot. Moreover, in the night, it itches a lot in the anal hole. I feel like putting my finger into it and scratch it. I do not know anything why I am suffering with this but trust me It pains a lot.in both the cases. Please help me out for both the problems.?
