I am a 30 year old female. I am getting married next year. But I do not have a spleen. I hear people saying that I am prone to infections now. So is it likely to get infections from my spouse? Will I get infections if I kiss him or swallow his saliva? Is it likely that I might get infection from his semen?

It is true that you are prone to infections now. So it is important for you keep taking appropriate vaccines or antibiotics whenever reqd or prescribed. However, you can lead a normal life and do everything married couples do. You can catch infection only if the other person is infected and even then, proper treatment is available for every infection. Just be a little careful and take prompt action whenever you fall sick. Go ahead and get married without any worries.
