Sir my skin is very thin and lost elasticity. It looks like become very soft, aisa lagta hai ke kisi 40 saal wala aadmi ke skin hai but my age is 18. I think this is because of bad habits. Please tell me medicine.

Improve your diet to improve your skin. Take more of citrus fruits like oranges, lemons; more apple, walnuts, almonds, papaya, egg, green leafy vegetables, chickpea, beans etc. Drink 2-3 litres water daily. Smile more. You will be fine.
