Hello from the complaints you are saying I think you have a fissure in ano fissure occurs due to a tear in the anal skin during defecation because of hard stools so I advice you to follow the following 1 eat leafyvegetables and less proteins and fat diet 2 drink plenty of water 3 do sitz bath 3 times daily atleast for 15 mins 4 use stool softners like cremaffine syrup 15 ml at night just follow the above and you should find a relief if not then we can think of a surgical option like lateral internal sphincterotomy just leave a positive feedback if helpful.
