Dear doctor, she is my elder sister aged 40 years and married with two children. She is suffering from obsessive and compulsive disorders. She practice repeated washing of hands after any work and take more than a hour in taking bath. Initially when she was unmarried it was like a bad habit but after her marriage and in-laws non cooperative behaviour it went on such extent that it started affecting her routine work. Kindly suggest such medication which produce no drowsiness.
