I am male 34, I see red patches on both of my legs (lower parts - Heel/foot skin). I consulted a physician who told this is pigmented purpuric dermatosis. He also advised that there is no cure of this disease. Question - Is pigmented purpuric dermatosis really not curable? should I leave this untreated? will it be aggravated in future if I don't take any action?
