I have a problems regarding saliva some time automatically come out too much and some time I got full dry on my mouth Second case saliva come and not unconscious but like same I can't control myself. And third case I didn't understand any thing around 10 to 15 min and filling like I am alone no body is around me. So kindly suggest me what I have a problems and which Dr. I have to consult Ct scan also I did last month but report show all okk. please a got too much frustration through this plz.

1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt if over wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. No sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts ,6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8.
