I do weight training exercises in gym for 6 days in week (daily 1: 30 hour). I am gaining from last 7 months. So I am taking high protein diet. I just want to know is it safe to eat 6 egg whites and 2 whole eggs on daily basis. Please let me know the advices on high protein intake and is there any side effects or health issues do to this.
