For sciatica: consult physiotherapist. No forward bending. Always turn and then get up from bed. No long hours of sitting or standing. Avoid hard surfaces. Do stretching exercises for back and legs with core muscle strengthening. For scapular radiculopathy: consult physiotherapist. Some nerve is getting compressed so you need tens machine with proper stretching and strengthening of hand and neck muscles. Don't lift or carry heavy weight over that hand.
