Recently in her ultrasonography report it was found that she have a bulky uterus with uterine fluid, bulky ovaries & heterogeneous lesion in right ovary with vascularity and right ovarian cysts. After this she did blood test which showed CEA - Observed value as 1.25 & CA 125 - 119.20. Please help with what is the exact problem she has and what needs to be done next?
