Dr. I am suffering from masturbation, and my mind doesn't work while I am doing any bad work. I am addicted to watching porn. And my mind gonna worst. I can't control on my self. And after doing these things I gonna depressed. please tell me what should I do. I want to leave it. And be focused on my carrier. Please doctor help me. I have no control on myself. I fear about my behavior that I don't want to do a work which is samefull.

Dear lybrate-user It is not true that you have "no control" over yourself. It is that you have given into this impulse so often that now it feels like there is no control. Some guilt is normal depending on your ethical position. However, develop an outgoing life. Involve in sports, active hobbies and meeting friends. You will do well.
