My diet procedure is going on and after drinking milk at 6 in the evening .I don't eat anything and have breakfast at 11 in morning .I exercise at night. Data why I want eat anything. Suggest me I should eat or not. What will be the effect?

Fasting for many hrs is not ideal. Total calories intake should be less than total calories spend. So depending on the type of your lifestyle and exercise you can adjust intake.
