Dear Lybrate User, 1st of all sleep regularly try to sleep early and get up early around 6 am. If you want to sleep early silent your mobile at least 1 hr before you sleep. Wake at 6 am and refresh yourself and take some tea or coffee. Sit on your study room not on your bed. Keep your study room clean and airy. Stop thinking other things while you study. Just try to concentrate and also don't use your mobile at that time mk your ph silent. Make this schedule regularly and you will surely improve your concentration. Try to eat nuts. Hi, If you have zeal or enthusiasm on any work or studies you don't get sleep. You're sleeping it means you don't interested on your studies or work. Normally human mind doesn't accept anything when they don't have interest, do one thing while you study for every half and hour take break listen music for 5 mins orelse walk for 5 mins then start studying. Do yoga, exercise it improves your ability to memorise whatever you study. Don't be lazy. Wake up my boy, do exercise daily. Study well.
