If I am on dieting procedure and does not eat anything after six and exercise at night .will it be able to help in me reduce weight bcoz I think not eating salt at night will made my body week. please help me in this.

When you eat too much salt along with not drinking enough water you will retain water, get bloated and look fatter than you actually are. When you drink enough water or at least 1 liter of water for every 2 grams of sodium/salt you eat you'll flush out excess water weight. Drink milk at night before going to bed, hydrate yourself before exercise, eat your breakfast early in the morning or else it will be a long gap between two meals.
