I am getting heavy burp episodes nowadays. It has started an yesterday ago or so, but it was not consistent and was episodic. Sometimes I get to burp almost all the time, and I feel tightness/irritation in the chest too. I have avoided coffee though I was a coffee addict, and have limited carbonated drinks and spicy foods. I have to say that I have seen the improvement. But I still feel that the inner cause should be treated and to he well maintained. At times, I feel stomach ache which goes off in mind and the sensation of throwing up too. I also mention that I became. Extremely lazy nowadays and I am often lying down. Sometimes I get severe upper back pain. None of the above symptoms are consistent but they are periodic. Any suggestions in my lifestyle and diet, and other medical suggestions would be very helpful for me Thanks a lot. :)
