My weight is 103 k.g. Before six months I was 108 k.g. I have began to walk since last 6 months, I loosed 5 k.g. But I want to loose more weight, my target is 85 k.g. I am not suffering from any illness or disease. I am not on crash diet, bit I try to avoid oily and fatty food as well as sugar. Please advice me to reduce weight by proper way.
