The best option in your case would be extraction of your impacted wisdom tooth. Since you are 25 years of age there is little possibility of the wisdom tooth to come out early and be settled in your mouth without creating any troubles. The best option would be to see a dentist and get the X-ray done of the wisdom tooth. The X-ray will help the dentist to decide if some more time can be given to the tooth to come to its occlusal plane or something can be done to assist its eruption. If the wisdom tooth is rotated severely then extraction would be the best option. There is nothing to worry about ,as the extraction is painless and very less time is required for recovery once it is done properly.

Consult a maxillofacial surgeon if it's not in correct direction it may have to be removed.
Wisdom teeth are extra teeth and donot help in chewing food, they cause a lot of pain when they come out in the mouth, so see a dentist and get then extracted asap.
Go for Opg xray.
Most common cause of unerupted wisdom tooth is impaction, which in simple terms means that there is no enough room for the tooth to come out. First thing you should do is to consult a dentist and get an OPG done which is a full mouth x ray that will reveal the relative position of the tooth and whether it's stuck in hard tissue or soft tissue. After the OPG, dentist can give you the treatment options ranging from simple hygiene maintenance, to surgically removed swollen gum tissue around your tooth which is causing pain or at times surgical removal of tooth can also be considered. The further treatment plan depends on the radiographic picture. For now, since you are in pain, you can have over the counter pain killer like Cipzen D Plus which will take care of pain and inflammation and an ointment for topical application like Mucopain which is easily available at local pharmacies. Dear lybrate-user, Your wisdom tooth may not be straight in the bone in line with adjacent teeth which will be revealed on OPG x-ray. Kindly consult a dental surgeon for the same. If it is so, it will need extraction and as mentioned, your medical conditions are not absolute contraindications for extraction. You can visit an oral surgeon for the needful. Your tooth will be extracted after the physician's consultation and approval of the same. In the mean time you can try and keep the area as clean as possible to reduce inflammation of gingiva on tooth. You can also use some topical antimicrobial formulations also along with the topical anesthetic preparations. Stay healthy.
Take homoeopathic medicine Cheiranthus 6C thrice a day.
A dentist will open the gum to make way for wisdom tooth and it is the treatment of wisdom tooth not resolving.
