Hi, Both kidney are normal in size with raised echogenicity. CMD is lost bilaterally extra renal pelvis noted bilaterally. Right kidney measures 92*39mms left kidney measures 99*42mms and ub capacity 290 cc PVRU, 20 cc.

The average length pole to pole (LPP) of an adult human kidney is 10-13 cm (4 to 5 inches). In general, left kidney is slightly longer than the right.
