I'm a high blood pressure patient coz of my high cholesterol levels (according to doc.) & from last almost 2 years I'm having medicine for bp and from last one year having medicine of cholesterol. After having medicine my cholesterol levels become normal and bp whenever I check it's around 140/80 and heart rate now a days I'm checking. It's 55. Can you please advice me what to do for better health and some tips for strong and healthy heart.

Hello, You should continue taking your blood pressure tablets as it is still borderline on medications. Please take low salt diet, low fat diet and regularly exercise. Get your blood pressure checked regularly.
