I have been getting acute pain in my left index finger whenever I hit any object accidentally which is almost negligible when I do the same thing with my right hand. Its been there since almost 10 years. I have undergone many neurological tests where everything was found fine. But the pain is unbearable and it usually stays for 2 to 3 minutes. I have been advised to dip my finger in epsom salt solution daily which alleviated my pain to some extent. I am not a leftie. And absolutely there is no stress on my left hand. Kindly advise me to get rid of my pain at least to some extent.
