I am male 75, Recently a week back I have noticed that the stainless steel wire attached to my upper denture missing I doubt whether I might have swallowed the small steel wire during sleep, or it might have fallen while cleaning the dentures during brushing. I have not noticed any pain in my stomach even after a week now. Suggest me what to do?

No need to worry. You should not sleep wearing your denture. Now onwards remove your dentures and keep it in bowl of water before sleeping. And when you go for cleaning of denture, please keep a towel beneath it so that you can locate any broken or missing part of your denture. As of the missing wire part, usually it happens during cleaning of denture. If you feel that you have accidently swallowed then you can consult a hysician. Get a check up done including chest x-ray and other investigations directed by your physician. Hope it will help.
