I am having ringworms jock itch type on private parts. Front back also. Since last one year. I am having daughter of 8 months on breastfeeding. I am taking fluconazole 200 mg twice a week since 2 months. I applied luliconazole cream. But sometimes it goes sometimes again red dots appear. Whole area is black. Embossed with red spots. It itches a lot. Please suggest some treatment.

Dear Lybrate User, You have to apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole or newer antifungal cream for 6 weeks. It is better to avoid oral antifungal as you are breastfeeding.
