I tried for pregnancy last time, had symptoms but it misses alot tissue like substance on 4.7.2018 through mensuration ,after this time we tried for pregnancy but I had my cycle on 28.7.18 only lasts for three days and it's brownish I normally have five days bleeding but it's only lasts for three days after period I was very tired, today while lifting weights I had pain in lower. I don't know what's going on please help me.

Your periods may are getting disturbed. You need to be investigated for USG-Abdomen & Pelvis. Physically, are you fit or feeling weakness.
