Hi. I want to gain my body weight. I am 28 years old and my body weight is 50 kg. Which is very low. Could you please suggest me how I gain my body weight?

I plan an individual's daily diets according to his /her food habits, lifestyle, blood group & medical history, if any. You have to increase your daily calorie intake. Try to eat after every 2 hours. Include milkshakes, paneer / aloo parathas, cheese sandwiches, dry fruits, have rice as well as chapattis in your lunch / dinner. Drink atleast 3lts. Of water daily.

Agreed with Dr. Nutritionist. Also you should try some ayurvedic medicine like ashwagandha, shatavari, vidarikand etc. Do exercise regularly take proper rest have positive mental status have proper nutrition.
