I recently got an MRI of my thoracic spine after 1 month of an injury to my back (fall from height). I have a healing mild (~20) compression fracture of the T8 vertebra and the MRI also indicates a "tiny" disc bulge (T7-T8) that is causing an indentation of the thecal sac at the site. I have no symptoms of pain/numbness/tingling anywhere in my body except a subsiding pain at the site of the fracture. Although my doctor sees no cause for concern and tells me I'll recover fully in the next 2 months so, I really would appreciate a prognosis/second opinion on how to deal with the "tiny" disc bulge and how to heal the condition such that it doesn't risk the spinal cord in the near/late future. I?m an otherwise healthy, 34yo male. I have an active lifestyle as I'm a yoga instructor, and I'd like to understand what I should/should not do in my condition, the associated risks and healing measures. Thank you! :)
