I am a very emotional person. I get easily hurt and I cannot give back as I feel that it would hurt them. Overall I end up getting hurt. How should I change this.

Many times, when you suppress your emotions, you feel stressed out and emotionally overwhelmed. Your thinking and actions are not matching to each other. Learn to express your feelings in a neutral way so that no one will get hurt. Learn to frame sentences pointing out the facts not the persons. I. E. Instead of'you make me angry, you can frame it as'i feel angry when---- happens.
