My wife period date is 27 now 7 days pass but period not coming today morning I checked pregnancy test then I got positive results, but we don't want a child currently we are not ready for that then please suggest me what can I do to as we both are not ready for child, but it happens mistakenly, 4 month ago we got married.

Oh now you got pregnancy test positive. In my view it's most exiting and Happy moment you both should cherish. As it's first pregnancy I don't advice for any means to terminate please carry on.
