Can a diabetic patient associated with CAD and thyroid take zero do pg for long time. As I have been told that my nerves have become week and pregabalin is nerve tonic and I feel body aches also regularly.

Thanks for the query. Tablet mentioned is the combination of Pragabalin with a pain killer. It is basically given to control pain, burning sensation and other symptoms of peripheral neuropathy. Only pragabalin can be taken for a long time. But taking Aceclofenac is not safe. Plus pragabalin is a nerve pain reliever, not a nerve tonic. It essential to have a strict blood glucose control with fasting glucose < 100 mg, PP 160 to 180 mg HbA1c% <7. That helps in reducing neuropathy. Thanks.
