Hi, I am 41 years. On 1st May, I was operated of umbilical hernia. As I am 78 kg. I want to lose weight as soon as possible. Can I go for a fast walk or can I do spot jogging at my home & can I do cycling as I purchased smart fitness cycle? I also get pain in the night when I sleep. Please advice will it be safe for exercise?

Just because you recently operated for hernia. Don't do vigorous exercise atleast 5 months but light exercise and walking is advisable after wearing abdominal belt.

You can do Cardio Exercises (Jogging, Skipping, Treadmill) U cant do weight lifting exercises.
