Hi I am facing patella bursitis since 3 month around. Presently I am going to rheumatologist doctor. Not getting relief from pain even after ultrasonic therapy by phytheropist and ice cold therapy I have some queries: 1), whether it is treatable? 2) whether I switch to ortho doctor instead of Rheumatology 3) whether I can live normal life after treatment of this problem 4) Any treatment available in homeopathy or ayurvedic. Please guide I am not getting any solution facing only pain and pain.

First fix your diet and lifestyle change your dr. After changing the diet and lifestyle u have lifestyle issues like hypertension and joint pain due to faulty eating habits and lifestyle which you might not be aware of hypertension is both lifestyle and dietary disease which requires only lifestyle and dietary changes and no medicine is needed provided the triggers are identified and treated. Bp medicines cause complications which your dr. Is not going to talk about and you never ask your doctor also .So read up first and question your dr. Reversible causes of bp like mineral, vitamin deficiency, high calorie diet, thyroid disease ,stress etc needs to be excluded and treated which will cure your high bp. 1) detailed history including dietary & lifestyle habits needed in addition to medical, occupational ,& environment history 2) comprehensive lab testing needed which should have tests for inflammation and mineral deficiency. Do tests reflecting not focusing on heart alone. 3) get detailed dietary and lifestyle habits advice based on the basis of detailed history and lab tests results.
