Hello, There are multiple causes for developing a heart condition (cannot go into details of all of them) Things are different from one patient to another so without knowing a full history it will be difficult to just give you a "yes" or a "No" answer. But if you are suffering from anxiety and if that is realted to stress in your life then there are chances that the stress can lead to mutiple other issues (eg-high bp etc) which in turn can cause some cardiac issues. This is just one example. Your cholesterol levels don't cause anxiety directly, it may cause anxiety if you start worrying about it too much. All you need to do now is follow a healthy life style like eating healthy food and exercising ,concentrate on losing some weight .And keep all your health parameters in check. Do some yoga it will help too. You also need to take care of your anxiety issues with a help of a psychiatrist and learn to deal with your day to day stress. If you are really worried if you have a heart condition then visit a cardiologist and get a check up done. That should clear your doubts. Hope my answer cleared some of your doubts.Â
