There is evidence of small subchondral cystic lesion with surrounding sclerosis involving superomedial articular aspect of talar dome. This area of altered signal intensity is hypo T1 and hyper on T2 and stir images. There is also surrounding marrow edema in 0 There is synovial effusion seen involving flexor hallucis tendon. Mild fluid is also seen in subtalar joint and anterior to tendoachilles The joint space is normal. The rest of the bones around the joint signal intensity without any evidence of a focal lesion. No evidence of soft tissue abnormality is detected. Tendoachilles appears normal impression: Osteochondral lesion of the talar dome is seen with surrounding marrow Tenosynovitis of flexor hallucis tendon also seen Mild fluid is also seen in subtalar joint and anterior to tendoachilles Advise: clinical cormeiation.
