I have back pain with frequent urination, with bad smell and itching, usg report says Renal parenchymal disease with one cortical cyst of 11 mm*8.7 mm in the lower pole of right kidney, so is there an issue on my kidney? Please suggest. Also serum creatinine is .90.

Yes there is a cyst in your kidney... And possibly there might be cyst on the liver too as it is common.. For now there might be no problems but it is better to treat it now as in future it can cause kidney damage... You can consult me through Lybrate..
