Hello Sir, I have got a right abdominal pain on last sunday (29/7/18) from the very moment I woke up. Followed by pain & swell in my right testicle with mild fever. No vomiting. No nausea. I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend a week before of this symptoms. I am pretty sure she doesn't have any STD's & she's healthy. I've consulted urologist. Conducted urine (micro) test. He said everything's fine. & gave ibuprofen & hetragen tab. There's no change in swell. Should I need to get done more tests. If yes. What are they.
