I've been suffering from pcos since my first period. I was prescribed ocps to get my cycle on track. But that wasn't helpful. I would menstruate for more than a month or did not menstruate till 2-3 months. I was so fed up that I left it on its own and stopped all the medicines. I got married an year ago and my cycle became worse. I haven't got my periods since past 5 months I've had unprotected sex 2 months ago and I feel terrible. I feel like I've conceived but the urine and ultrasound tests are negative and I feel dizzy most of the time and my appetite has increased a lot. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm 21 years old. please help!
