I had sex with unknown person with condom last 5 years back, that time I fallen sick like weight loss nuseas, lymphatic nerve pain, breathing problem, red spots on front of penis, now all symptoms went off, except breathing problem and lymphatic nerve pains like left side of the body head to toe. Inside mouth left side skin feels different like hard, wound. So, last month again tested hiv 1&2, herpes 1&2 ,herpes zoster, syphilis,VDRL, HBV, sugar, bp,thyroid, anti ccp, esr, c reactive protein, rheumatoid RA, WBC. All are normal except eosinophilia is high. Tested IGE - 207 IU/l abnormal Is IGE high indicates infection or allergy or both. Is high IGE cause lymphatic system nerve in some cases or no. Should I test for any other infection test like for STDS or bio chemistry tests like IGG ,IGM, IGA or any thing else.
